Nucleon wheel range are used in QD5~100t double girder bridge crane, gantry crane, included the standard Ф250—Ф900.
The wheel is used for supporting the overhead crane and running on the rail. The main abrasive form of wheel is abrasion, hardening layer crush and pitting. In order to improve abrasive resistance and life of wheel surface, wheel tread should be processed by thermal treatment. The surface hardness is 300-350, and the depth of quenching is more than 20mm. The nucleon wheel range use high quanlity bearing in accordance with industry standards to ensure every product qualified.
